Robert Sents P.G., is a project manager at ERM Consulting & Engineering, Inc. with eighteen years of experience performing, planning and directing environmental evaluations and conducting remedial activities for both private and public sector clients.

Mr. Sents will be presenting an overview of the requirements and consideration that need to be taken when developing and implementing remedial programs pursuant to New York State Department of Environmental Conservation 6 NYCRR Part 375 that requires importing backfill/ cover material. The presentation will cover sourcing, conducting characterization activities and the regulatory approval process based on DER-10 requirements.
