Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors, don't miss out on this valuable opportunity! Our joint seminar draws over 250 attendees from all over New York State every year. Over 60% of the attendees are representatives of industry and municipalities that are buyers of equipment and services offered by our exhibitors. Reserve your exhibit space now!

Act before March 23, 2025 and the Exhibitor’s Fee is only $400 (after 3/1/2024 the cost will be $475) and receive the following benefits:

One free admission
A second admission for only $75!

What we need from you at the time of Registration:

Pick your Booth

Spaces 1 - 23 will accommodate Full Size Exhibit Booths or Tabletop Exhibits (10 foot)
Spaces 24 - 29 can accommodate Tabletop Exhibits Only (8 foot)

The name of the Exhibitor Attendee, attending the Seminar on behalf of your company.
The name of the second Exhibitor Attendee (if known at the time of registration).

After Registration:

Send your company’s high-resolution logo to Marshall Shannon (mshannon@paradigmenv.com) as soon as possible to ensure maximum exposure on the website and inclusion in the program
Set up your booth on either April 22 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m and/or April 23 between 6am - 8am
